Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Eligible Items: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as customized backpacks or limited edition items may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return?

- Our team will verify the request and provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us as per the instructions provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
- After 24 hours or once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (if applicable).
- Shipping Costs: Any shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
